Our General office working hours are Monday to Friday 10.00hrs to 17.00hrs. However for any Vip Concierge Services of course we are at your service from the moment you arrive and can attend to your every detail until the moment we return you to the airport.

Respecting our valued customers – Your personal data remains confidential in accordance with our Privacy Policy to all customers.

Renewal:-

Your subscription allows you to enjoy the benefits our Privilege Club offers. If you wish to opt out of renewal, do not worry, we do not take automatic renewal, the choice is in your hands! We will of course hope you will stay with us year after year, but if you opt not to renew we thank you for being with us and hope that you will choose to return again soon!

Membership Fee:-

Privilege Memberships are available for 1 month or 1 year.

We reserve the right to increase the price of individual membership subscription from time to time, and any such amendments will be on the application page of the Site. If you are a current Privilege individual member, your fee will not change until your expiry date, you will be informed of any fee increase in your renewal reminder letter.

Fees quoted are for individual membership only.

Privilege card has No cash alternatives. A discount will be made on your purchases (the % of members deduction is stated in our collaborators directory, which can be accessed on our website.)

Membership Cards:-

∼Membership cards do not contain any machine readable data.

∼You must be 18 years to apply for Privilege Membership

∼Proof of Identity may be required for use.

∼Cards must be presented by to achieve any discounts.

∼Membership cards are not transferable or refundable.

∼Cards remain the Property of Celebrity International.

∼In the case of mis-use Celebrity International reserves the right to withdraw membership at any time and without notice.

Online Applications

For online applications you will either have sight of a confirmation page or receive an email. Acknowledgement that your application and payment has been received will be sent to you. Your Privilege Club Card is valid from the date when membership is paid in full.

Written/Verbal Applications

Privilege Cards can also be purchased via a Retailer or Agent, Your Privilege Club Card is valid from the date when membership is paid in full.

The Individual Membership

To become a Privilege member, simply follow the instructions on the membership pages of our Web Site

This application is an online process.

When you submit your online application to the Privilege Club, you are making an offer to subscribe to Privilege Club which, if accepted by our team, will result in a payment for 1 year membership.

At the point of renewal of your Privilege membership, you will have the choice to continue or not. You may not transfer any of your rights and obligations under these terms and conditions to another person. You may however make payment as a gift to someone and the membership card will be made in their name.

Lost Cards – €5 charge (Plus postage) will be incurred for a replacement card – Contact one of our team and we will be pleased to assist you in every way with a stress free service.

Membership Benefits

Membership of Privilege Club will provide you with discounts in selected outlets on the Island of Tenerife, Canary Islands. Each outlet is listed in our collaborators directory and their % of discount stated.

We reserve the right to change/adjust this % discount at any time without written consent to the members. We do not offer any cash-back system.

Members will receive discount on their final payment in those selected outlets.

In the case any outlets refuse discount please contact us by email immediately.

Celebrity International is not responsible for any payments to members in this case.

Celebrity International does not receive any payments from our Selected Collaborators; we simply request our members are given the benefits of discounts directly to you the member.

Credit/debit card payment

Privilege Club Membership Can be purchased online via paypal by visiting our website or contact us by telephone or email.

If you are not using your own credit/debit to pay for the membership fee, you must ask the permission of the credit/debit card holder before entering payment details. No refunds are given.

When you apply to become a Privilege member either online,by post or verbally, you are confirming that you have obtained the express prior permission of the credit/debit card holder.

SAFE AND SECURE PAYMENT

Our online payment system is operated by a service provider specializing in secure online payments.

Shipping – We will distribute from 3 – 10 business days from receipt of your order.

Expedite Shipping – For an additional charge per address we can expedite delivery to most destinations in 2 – 3 business days. Please consult for price in this case.
